Frequently asked questions

You receive digital files (.txt, configs, packs, etc.) depending on the product. After payment confirmation, you get an instant download link and a confirmation email with your order code.

With Stripe, delivery is automatic within seconds. With Litecoin and PayPal, we verify manually (usually in under 1 hour). You can track your order on the tracking page.

At checkout you'll see the LTC address and amount. Send the payment and paste the transaction hash. Once verified, we activate your download.

We use PayPal Friends & Family (F&F). Always include your order code in the payment note. Do not mark "goods and services".

As these are digital products with instant delivery, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If there's a technical issue, contact us on Discord.
